The Outer Banks Waterways puzzle by artist Terry Moore features the waterways of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In short, this 550-piece jigsaw puzzle is a beautiful map for boaters and beach lovers.
About the Artwork
The map shows the sounds, inlets and islands that make the Outer Banks so unique. Meanwhile, the coastline stretches along the Atlantic.
In addition, the map is detailed and easy to read. As a result, it’s a great way to learn the geography of the region.
Because the Outer Banks are surrounded by water, the waterways tell the story of the islands.

Where to Start
Start with the border, then build the outline of the islands, using the coastline as a guide, since it stands out right away. Next, work on the town names and labels. After that, piece together the sounds and inlets. Finally, fill in the ocean, sorting those pieces by shade.
