Anne Brandt –
My husband loved the theme of this puzzle, which is why we purchased it. However, there was one piece missing. We’re avid puzzlers, and this had never happened before. What I was most pleased about was how Heritage Puzzle handled the situation.
I emailed the company and sent a photo of the finished American Way with the missing piece. I was immediately contacted with an offer for another copy of the same puzzle or a different one at no charge. The new puzzle arrived quickly and we enjoyed it. That’s great customer service.
We’ve ordered from Heritage again, based on this experience.
