The Gingerbread Christmas puzzle by artist Julie Pace Hoff invites you into a sweet holiday village made of gingerbread. In short, this 550-piece jigsaw puzzle is a fun seasonal treat for puzzlers of all ages.
About the Artwork
The whole scene looks good enough to eat. Gingerbread buildings and festive decorations fill every corner of the village.
In addition, As you work, be sure to find all of the gumdrops and cookie trees hidden throughout the picture. It’s a playful search that keeps kids and adults engaged from start to finish.
The candy details also make sorting fun. You can group pieces by color and watch the village come together one sweet section at a time.
Where to Start
Start with the border, then hunt for the gumdrops and cookie trees, since their bright colors make them easy to spot. Next, build the gingerbread buildings one at a time, using their shapes and trim as a guide. Kids love taking charge of the candy details. Save the background for last, and sort those pieces by color to finish the village quickly.

This puzzle was sweet, in every sense of the word. The Heritage puzzles are always sturdy and of high quality. I’m a Mark Frost fan, and this puzzle reminded me of his style. What could be better than a forest of decorated Christmas Tree cookies?!?! I doubt I’ll wait for the winter holidays to make this beauty, again!
