The Coastal Sunrise puzzle by photographer Peter Doran captures the beauty of the shore at first light. In short, this 1000-piece beach jigsaw puzzle shows two weathered Adirondack chairs resting in the sand. Sea oats sway gently in the breeze as the golden sun rises over calm ocean waves.
Our #1 Selling Beach Puzzle
Coastal Sunrise is our #1 selling beach puzzle, loved by puzzlers for its soothing colors and peaceful imagery. It’s an easy way to bring the tranquility of the beach into your home. That’s true whether you live on the coast or are counting the days until your next trip.
About the Photograph
Peter Doran’s photograph is full of warm sunrise tones. They range from the glowing sky over the water to the soft sand and sea oats in the foreground. Meanwhile, the two Adirondack chairs give the scene a calm, inviting focal point. It looks as if someone just stepped away to watch the waves roll in.

Overall, at 1000 pieces, it is a rewarding challenge for puzzle enthusiasts. The chairs, sea oats and shoreline give you clear sections to build from, while the sky and water reward a little patience. Enjoy it alone as a relaxing escape, or share it with friends and family on puzzle night.
It’s a perfect gift for beach lovers, sunrise watchers and collectors. Once finished, it makes a beautiful piece to frame for a beach house, sunroom or office.
Framing Your Coastal Sunrise Puzzle
Once the last piece is in place, the finished puzzle measures 30″ x 24″, a standard frame size that’s easy to find at most frame and craft stores. Then apply puzzle glue or a puzzle saver to the front, let it dry flat, then mount it on a backing board for a frame-ready piece of beach art.

Absolutely loved this puzzle! Initially, around Christmas I gave the wrong zip code, but the sales person corrected it. I received the puzzle in time. The person I had interaction was extremely helpful. I will definitely purchased more puzzles. Thanks!

I wish I ordered this puzzle directly from you. I saw it on Amazon and ordered from there, thinking it’d be from Heritage. It was mailed to me in a crushed box, and the pieces are thin and don’t fit together well. Fair warning to Amazon shoppers: order from Heritage!
Heritage Puzzle –
Yes, we are having trouble with Chinese companies pirating some of our images. We are trying to work with Amazon to get these companies shut down but every time we do, another one pops up. Please make sure you give the vendor you ordered from a negative review and report it to Amazon. You should also ask for your money back or to return the puzzle.

This is the most challenging puzzle that I have worked on to date, which increased the fun of putting it together. The beach scene is so beautiful and natural, that you almost feel the breeze and hear the waves!

I am about 3/4 through this one and it is very beautiful and challenging!! I highly recommend!
